The Dorthwell foundation in collaboration with National Malaria Elimination Program (NMEP) carried out its annual malaria outreach aimed at reducing the burden of this preventable disease. This event took place on 24th April 2025 at Garki village District Head Palace in Abuja, Nigeria. During the program, over 2,000 men and women were tested free of charge, ensuring early detection of malaria and proper diagnosis. Individuals that tested positive were availed free, effective medications to prevent severe cases and drug resistance. By bringing medical care directly to underserved areas, we bridge the health gap many face due to limited resources and reduce death rates caused by malaria.
